Going to need a cutting torch.

A saw will come in handy.

Will needs lots of angle iron.

These look like some good parts.

Grinders are a welder's best friend.

Inside of the fire box. This is probably the secret of why this thing works as well as it does. These baffles on the bottom or back side work very well.

Horizontal

The horizontal was already a pit. Just removed the firebox below, covered up the hole, sealed the middle smoke stack and moved cut a new one on the far side.
